Artist Francis Denis lives in Longuenesse, in Pas-de-Calais, near Saint-Omer, France. The co-founder of the poetry journal, Lieux-d’Être, alongside poet Régis Louchaert, he co-organized for many years « Les Regardeurs de Lumière», a contemporary sacred art festival held at the Cathedral of Saint-Omer.

Francis is the author of two soon-to-be-published collections of short stories: Les saisons de Mauve ou le Chant des Cactus and Le Château des Dieux . His literary and art work has appeared both in print and online, in journals such as Le Chasseur Abstrait, Népenthès, Aéra zinc, Blue Fifth Review, Ellipsis, Les Trompettes Marines, Le Capital des Mots, Squeeze, Voxpoesi, The Ilanot Review , Taj Mahal Review, Monolito, La Ira de Morféo, The Milo Review, L’Ampoule aux éditions de l’Abat-Jour, Under the Gum Tree, Kritiks, Artyhum, Arte.es, etc…
His work has been featured in France and abroad.
