Joseph Baker: Desert T.V.

After graduating from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, Joseph Baker began a screen printing and fine art graphic design studio in his hometown of Riverside, California. His photographs have won awards at Los Angeles County Fair and are part of the Orange County Fair’s permanent collection.
